Terms of use
These terms apply to the use of Déménagement Confort's website, including quote requests and the estimation tools available to visitors. Last updated: April 23, 2026.
Website terms, not a service contract
These terms cover the website and its features. They do not replace a detailed quote, booking confirmation or service contract agreed directly with the company.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the website.
These terms may be updated at any time. The version displayed on this page applies to current use of the website.
2. Purpose of the website
The website presents Déménagement Confort's services, provides general information and lets visitors request a quote or contact the company.
Content is provided for information. Although we aim to keep it useful and consistent, descriptions, availability and conditions may change without notice.
3. Quotes, calculators and bookings
Contact forms, website requests and the estimation calculator begin a discussion or provide an initial indication. On their own, they are not a final quote, a firm offer or a booking confirmation.
A calculator result is indicative. The final price may vary with the actual inventory, access, project constraints, chosen period and other relevant information confirmed by the company.
- No booking is confirmed until there has been a direct exchange with the company.
- A final quote may require additional information or manual review.
- Users are responsible for supplying complete and accurate information for a more reliable assessment.
4. User responsibilities
You agree to use the website lawfully, honestly and in a way consistent with its purpose.
You must not disrupt the website, access unauthorised areas, use forms to transmit unlawful content or make abusive automated use of the services.
- Provide truthful, up-to-date information in forms.
- Do not submit misleading, abusive, fraudulent or harmful content.
- Do not bypass security or anti-spam measures.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, layouts and compilations, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Reproduction, distribution, adaptation or substantial reuse requires prior permission, except where permitted by law.
6. Third-party services and links
The website may include or use third-party services for maps, routes, geocoding, hosting or other technical functions.
Those services have their own terms and policies. Déménagement Confort is not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Availability and warranties
The website is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will always be accessible, error-free, complete or fully compatible with every device, browser or technical environment.
We may change, suspend or remove all or part of the website, with or without notice, for maintenance, improvements or technical reasons.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Déménagement Confort is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages related to using or being unable to use the website.
This includes losses associated with interruptions, the accuracy of an indicative estimate, the availability of a third-party service or reliance on informational website content.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable in that province.
Subject to mandatory rules, disputes about the website or its use will be submitted to the courts of the competent judicial district in Quebec.
